TBS and Poorna Publications stand as a testament to the relentless passion of their visionary founder, Late Mr. N. E. Balakrishna Marar, who began his journey in 1951 with just two bags of books. From a mobile bookstore to a publishing powerhouse, TBS has shaped Malayalam literature, publishing over 7,000 works. With a legacy of excellence, it continues to inspire readers across India and beyond.
The goal was to establish TBS’s online store, drive consistent sales, and create a sustainable growth strategy using digital marketing.
We focused on Meta Ads as the primary driver of sales, leveraging engaging creatives to capture customer interest. Simultaneously, we used Google Ads for intent-based traffic and remarketing, ensuring we reached high-intent buyers. We designed creative ad strategies to engage and convert customers while implementing retargeting strategies to recover lost sales. By optimizing campaigns, we consistently maintained a 5.5+ ROAS. Starting from scratch, we built a strong digital presence for TBS, reducing order loss by retargeting missed or cancelled orders. We successfully scaled TBS into a thriving eCommerce brand.
