Capital Hills, located in Trivandrum, is the ambitious project of Ladder, one of the premier builders in Kerala. Capital Hills offer 2 and 3 BHK ready-to-occupy luxury flats with premium amenities near Technopark in Trivandrum. Capital Hills has 2 towers stretching 23 floors, comprising 222 exquisite apartments.
The objective of our digital marketing campaigns for Ladder Capital Hills was to improve brand awareness and increase lead generation and sales of the apartments, through effective campaigns using Meta and Google platforms. Cost-effectiveness was one of the criteria we set forward to reach out to the target audience. We wanted to highlight the premium facilities offered by our client through creatives to potential customers, thereby enhancing the brand’s reputation, reliability, and overall value.
Meta and Google platforms were used in parallel to increase brand awareness and generate leads. We were successful in generating quality leads ranging from 300 to 400 per month in the most cost-effective manner, despite the target location being Trivandrum metropolis. Our perfectly implemented strategy helped us to filter out irrelevant and invalid leads. Creatives were designed after carefully studying the buyer persona. This led to a positive impact of the funnel-based campaigns on the purchase decisions of the customers, which resulted in 3 to 5 monthly sales of flats, and at times, up to 8. Both the functional (superior facilities, nearness to airport, Technopark, government organizations, medical college, etc.) and emotional aspects of the flats in Capital Hills were highlighted in the video campaigns to achieve the desired results. Re-marketing campaigns, Pmax campaigns, search campaigns, display campaigns, discovery campaigns, and look-alike data worked well for our client in increasing the overall sales.
